Your lifestyle (activity levels...) , your genetic background, and your goals.
After gathering this information I create a simple to understand eating plan for you that is REALISTIC for your life.
It's your responsibility to follow the plan! And to support you, in follow up sessions I will continually guide you to make it as easy & convenient as possible.
In addition to maintaining your success, in our follow up sessions I will also be giving you your next steps to being even healthier & in better shape.
